Swingthings Unlimited, LLC warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Damage to property or personal injury resulting from improper installation, vandalism, or lack of maintenance is not covered by this warranty.

Residential items identified with"R4" prefix are of residential standard and therefore will not perform satisfactorily in a commercial application. They may fail and cause personal injury. It is the direct responsibility of the customers of Swingthings Unlimited, LLC who resell any of these items presented from this brochure, to inform their customers about the dangers of using residential items in a commercial application.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty excludes all consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations may not apply to you.
